Monthly Services
Reviewing and reconciling your business bank, credit card, and loan accounts each month allows you to identify unusual or duplicate transactions, identify lost checks or deposits, and ensure all your business transactions are accounted for. We will organize your books and keep them organized, manage your receipts, review and reconcile your accounts monthly, and fix any discrepancies so you have peace of mind knowing that all funds are properly recorded.
We provide you with three standard financial reports each month and will send your annual financial reports to your accountant/CPA, so you have one less thing to worry about during tax season.
What are the standard financial reports, and why do you need them?
– Balance Sheet: Gives you a snapshot of your business’s financial health at a specific moment in time.
– Profit and Loss (Income Statement): Shows the details of the money coming into (income) your business and the money going out of (expenses) your business during a period.
-Statement of Cash Flows: Compliments the Balance sheet and Income Statement and shows where cash came from and where it went during a specific period. This information is grouped by operating, investing, and financing activities.
With all three statements, you will be able to analyze trends, determine if your business is in a position to expand, review the operating performance of your business, and much more. Together these three statements help paint a complete picture of your business’s financial health.
We want to make sure you fully understand how to interpret and utilize the financial information we provide, so we offer a 60-minute monthly virtual meeting or phone call to review the financial health of your business, ensure we are meeting your business needs, and ensure you understand how your business is doing. You can also contact us through your secure personal client portal when you have a question or concern.
We use QuickBooks Online (QBO) cloud-based accounting software to manage your financial functions. As an industry standard, QBO integrates with many 3rd party software programs. We can work with your existing QBO account or set up a new QBO account for you if you currently have no bookkeeping system, are using spreadsheets, or a different software.
